About Our Founder

Linda P. Jones, CFP®, is CEO and Founder of the Global Institute of Visionary Wealth and Visionary Wealth Now.  Prior to that she was Regional Vice President of Institutional Funds, Mutual Funds, and Hedge Funds for a major stockbrokerage firm where she was responsible for territory sales of over $200 million annually.  She has been in the financial services industry for over 28 years.

Born and raised in Seattle, WA, Linda graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Business.  She began her career in Financial Planning with Foster & Marshall/Shearson, and was promoted to their offices in San Francisco and New York City (where she had the pleasure of working in the World Trade Center).   At age 27, after studying dozens of classic millionaires like Rockefeller, Carnegie, Getty, Onassis, and others, she created “The 8 Steps to Wealth” blueprint and became a millionaire by 38.

Linda is a board and investment committee member for SightLife (a leader in cornea recovery and transplantation for sight restoration), an investment committee member of The Sunset Club, and a speaker and community advocate for the Living Legacy Foundation, a leader in organ donation.  She founded the Global Institute of Visionary Wealth and Visionary Wealth Now to follow her passion for investing and teaching others how to have investment success and build wealth.
